Speaking fees are determined with many criteria in mind, including travel needs, notoriety of your speaker, the length of the speech/event and a variety of additional factors. Typical speaking fees can range from $5,000 to $100,000. However, we represent speakers in the below $5,000 range. We are committed to working with you to find the best speaker within your budget. Travel and accommodation expenses are not included in the speaking honorarium.

Absolutely. Because of our role as publisher, we are able to offer comprehensive assistance in helping you obtain books for your event. In many cases we are able to offer them for a significant discount. We can also help you work with our event coordinators to bring in a local bookseller.

The ability to record video or audiotape of the speaker’s presentation is determined by the speaker. Should you desire such material, we ask you to submit a written request that we will forward to the speaker for approval and agreement of terms. Please submit this request in the early stages of planning your event.

It’s free! Our fees are inclusive in the speaker’s honorarium, and all of our services to you are provided at no cost. We are pleased to assist you with promotional materials, booking travel, facilitating communication with the speaker, and many other services that will help make your event a success.
