John Hoover, PhD is a former executive with Walt Disney Productions and McGraw-Hill as well as a best selling business author. His book Bullwinkle on Business: Motivational Secrets of a Chief Executive Moose uses the characters of the Rocky and Bullwinkle show to speak out for organizational excellence in the free enterprise system.
For more than 15 years, John has helped his clients grow and prosper with organizational transformation, organization development and behavioral change, leadership and team development, and sustaining change through effective internal and external communications.
Dr. Hoover’s expertise in interpersonal and mass communications makes him extraordinarily effective at resolving conflicts by identifying common languages and interests among opposing parties.
