As co-founder of Rowley Associates in 1994, Anna has a diverse background in research and cognitive behavioral therapy and is a sought-after speaker and consultant for many top Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. Anna’s extensive work both domestically and internationally has provided her with insight into the unique cultures and behaviors of organizations such as Microsoft, Yahoo and Expedia.  This insight, along with Anna’s two and a half decades of research experience and a Ph.D. from London University, fueled the contents of her much-acclaimed book, Leadership Therapy.
